Tell us a bit about your role?

I lead the integrated business planning process – helping our teams work together to evolve and grow pladis’ financial operations. It’s a role that requires wearing multiple hats.
 

What do you enjoy most about working at pladis?

The solidarity I feel with my colleagues across the business and seeing the impact of our work together – it brings a real sense of fulfilment. 
 

What's been your proudest achievement working at pladis?

The development of our sales and operations execution process. This enables visibility to the near-term financial guidance at a granular level, as well as aiding longer-term tactical and strategic planning.

What’s your favourite pladis product?

Flipz S’mores every time - a confectionery masterpiece!

It’s easy to imagine sitting round a campfire as you bite into that cinnamon sugar-infused milk chocolate and delicious marshmallow.
 

Finally, how do you ‘bring it’ to pladis?

I bring a “can-do” attitude, the flexibility to adapt to new ways of working, and the ability to resolve difficult business challenges.
