Mr. Puneet Sharma brings over 22 years of extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management to his role as Procurement Director at pladis Foods Nigeria.
His career spans leadership positions across global FMCG and manufacturing giants, where he has consistently delivered strategic sourcing solutions, cost optimisation and operational excellence.
Puneet’s expertise covers strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, CAPEX procurement and commercial operations, with a proven track record of implementing innovative procurement strategies that drive efficiency and sustainability. He is adept at leveraging global and regional networks to secure competitive advantages, optimise supplier relationships and mitigate risks in dynamic market environments.
Before joining pladis Foods Nigeria, Puneet served as Group Head of Procurement at Jotna Group, Nigeria, managing procurement operations. He had also held senior roles at AB InBev, SABMiller, GSKCH and United Breweries, where he spearheaded direct and indirect material sourcing, contract manufacturing and value engineering projects, achieving multimillion-dollar cost savings year-on-year.
An alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad (MBA) and MMH Ghaziabad (MA Economics), Puneet combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with a passion for team building and leadership.
